Please measure yourself and compare with our size chart under each item to find the right size for you.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, please wear the bra and shoes you plan to wear the Dress with to ensure accurate measurements. Please provide BODY MEASUREMENTS and we will add more space accordingly.
We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional tailor.
Please take measurements 2–3 times to ensure accuracy, and record them (preferably in centimeters).

Please provide your basic information to us:

Your height, weight and shoes height.

How to Measure:

1. Bust

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's leveled all the way around. Wear a bra while measuring if you plan on wearing one with the dress!

2. Waist

Measure around the natural waistline. ( Find the natural crease by bending to one side).

Note: Please measure around your lower abdomen as well if needed.

3. Hips/Butt

Feet together, measure fullest part around the bum.

4. Dress length ( Shoulder to Hem )

Stand upright and measure from the midpoint of your shoulder straight down over the fullest part of bust measure to where you’d like the hem to end.

If your Dress is floor length or fishtail please make sure measure from the midpoint of your shoulder straight down over the fullest part of bust down to your sole, and let us know your shoe height.

5. Shoulder width

If you lift up your arms, where your shoulder joint indents are where the measurement should start. You can also wear a fitted t-shirt and measure from one shoulder seam to the other.

6.Shoulder to Apex

Measure from the midpoint of your shoulder down to the middle of your bust.

7.Apex to Apex

Measure the distance between the two apex points with measuring tape parallel to the floor.

8. Shoulder to Waist

Measure from where the neck meets the shoulder, over the fullest part of the bust, to where the narrowest part of the waist sits.

9. Back ( Back Armpit to Armpit )

Measure the distance between your two armpits on your back.

10. Armhole

Measure from the top outside edge of the shoulder down around armpit (360 degrees).

11. Bicep

Measure 360 degrees around the widest part of your biceps. Keep your arm relaxed.

12.Neck

Measure 360 degrees around the base of your neck where a choker necklace would sit, with a finger added inside the tape for comfort.

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received. Please review our Return Policy below:

We will gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of the day you receive your parcel. If your order has been shipped in separate parcels, the 14-day period should commence upon receiving the final parcel. Please check the list below to help your return and refund get processed smoothly:

Return&Exchange Policy

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Accessories and items marked “Final Sale”.
Items returned must be in their original, unused condition. Items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns.
If a returned item is shipped internationall , please mark it as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
Please ensure you post back your return with traceable service as Aslin are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The customer’s refund will be processed after we receive your returned package. For customers who checkout by PayPal, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process the return once it’s received. For customers who check out by credit card, please allow 2 to 8 business days to process the return once it’s received.
If your returned items do not meet the return policy or you sent back items that were final sale, you will have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate the items to charity.

Submit a return request

Follow the link above for the return process and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours with a return address for you to ship your parcel. Customers are responsible for return costs and we highly recommend you use USPS to return your parcel.
Please follow the return process and then add the correct return items to the return package.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (Shipping fees are nonrefundable) back onto your account.

Submit an Exchange request

We will gladly accept exchanges that are postmarked within 14 days of the day you receive your parcel.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, we highly recommend you use USPS to return your parcel. We will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the return parcel.
Please place a new order for suitable items, and the customer will be responsible for the new order shipping freight. Please email the new order number to our customer service representative at aslinhanfu@gmail.com.
Please help us to ensure the returned item has not been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We will inspect the goods and contact you for a refund when we receive the returned parcel.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items, from there, we will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Order Cancellation

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you want to cancel your order, please email us at aslinhanfu@gmail.com. Please note your order cannot be canceled after an hour.

Care Instructions

How to Care for Your Hanfu/Qipao/Lolita Dress/Tang suit

Washing

Hanfu/Qipao/Lolita Dress/Tang suit garments are often delicate, especially those with embroidery. Handwashing is recommended.
If you prefer to use a washing machine, choose the gentlest cycle and place the dress in a laundry bag for added protection.
After washing, air-dry indoors in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause color fading.

Storage

Store your Hanfu/Qipao/Lolita Dress/Tang suit in breathable garment bags to keep it clean and protected.
Avoid hanging for long periods, as this can stretch or distort the fabric.
Instead, gently fold your Hanfu/Qipao/Lolita Dress/Tang suit and store it flat or stack it neatly in a storage box or drawer.
